Ending slavery, plague, famine, and other humanitarian crises
We can only imagine what scientists might do if they were to travel back in time. Scientists in a Barbaric world would probably have revenge and desperation on their minds. If not revenge certainly she/he would want to change things for the betterment of fellow colleagues and other people in similar surroundings.
A scientist would surely want to end slavery, famine and sickness that undoubtedly would claim many lives in that type of environment.
The question scientists in a Barbaric world may not consider is “what might happen to their timeline?” Scientists today, in this existence, would most assuredly think of this question but an oppressed group of scientists with revenge, fear and desperation on their minds may overlook this very important factor.
